The brief
Banking website is one of the most complex designs because it has to display a large amount of data and services; at the same time, it needs to ensure a simple experience and an easy-to-use interface with the majority of users. Aurora Vietnam has tried to conquer this challenge in an internal project implemented in mid-2022.

Our Approach
1. Research
- It is crucial to understand current issues and customer expectations. Therefore, we conducted a survey on the current design of the Top 4 banking websites. Besides, the digital transformation process also requires a study on personalization and one-touch experiences for all needs.
- With the survey results, we created two typical user personas: Customers who already own an account and Customers who are considering opening a bank account.
2. Solution
- With the complexity of the banking website system, we understand the importance of building a Design System. It will help all designs to be synchronized and transparent, ensuring the following criteria: Design based on brand identity; Modern and futuristic; Professional Qualified for interactive environments such as layout, space, color contrast, and size…; Easy to apply and responsive on digital platforms.
- The experience of the website is also personalized according to the data provided by the customer: The greeting changes depending on the visit time of day; Display the message by the customer’s name; Customize style, color, and text size.
